We approve exact shades, number of arrangements, setup timing. Coordinated with the hotel banquet team.
2 WEEKS BEFORE
Final moodboard with reference photos. Every detail agreed — no surprises on the day.
DAY -1
Our team is on site from 6 am. Arch, tables, photo zone, aisle — all ready 4 hours before the ceremony.
WEDDING DAY
Delivered to the bride's room 1.5-2 hours before the ceremony. Final sync with photographer and planner.
