We approve exact shades, number of arrangements, setup timing. Coordinated with the villa owner and catering team.
2 WEEKS BEFORE
Final moodboard with reference photos. Every detail agreed — no surprises on the day.
DAY -1
Our team is on site from 6 am. Arch, tables, photo zone, aisle — all ready 4 hours before the ceremony.
WEDDING DAY
Delivered to the villa 1.5–2 hours before the ceremony. Final sync with photographer and planner.
