Message us on WhatsApp with the hotel and the guest's name as on the booking, or a Czech address — the street and the two house numbers separated by a slash (e.g. Vodičkova 699/30: the first is the číslo popisné, the building's registry number, the second the číslo orientační, the blue plate the courier navigates by), the PSČ postcode of the 110 00 kind and the district 'Praha 2 – Vinohrady'. Add the recipient's phone and a window in Prague time (Moscow is 1–2 hours ahead, Almaty 4–5, Tel Aviv 1). A florist in Prague makes the bouquet, the courier hands it over in person, a photo comes before departure and a confirmation afterwards.
Confirmed in the morning Prague time, with the flowers in stock at the florist — usually yes; the window is given before payment. Prague flower shops open on Saturdays and Sundays, but by law large shops close on several public holidays — 1 January, Easter Monday, 8 May, 28 September, 28 October, 24–26 December: on those dates we confirm the day before. Baskets and bouquets of a hundred stems and more — 1–2 days ahead.
Yes — by hotel name and the guest's Latin-letter name as on the booking. We call reception ahead: whether they accept flowers, place them in the room for check-in (usually from 3 pm in Prague) or hand them over when the guest appears. For hotels in Malá Strana and by Charles Bridge — the Four Seasons on Veleslavínova, the Mandarin Oriental and the Augustine in former monasteries, the Aria and the Alchymist on Tržiště — the courier walks up, as cars cannot get in. The hotel decides; we have no hotel partnerships.
Street, the house numbers with a slash and the postcode: 'Korunní 1208/56, 120 00 Praha 2 – Vinohrady'. Every building has two plates — a red one (číslo popisné) and a blue one (číslo orientační): navigation uses the blue one, which is usually written as the second number. Floors count from the přízemí — the ground floor — so '1. patro' is already the floor above. The door buzzer carries the residents' surnames, often two — tell us which is on the button. In the panelák estates — Jižní Město, Prosek, Černý Most — the entrance number (vchod) matters: one block can have six.
Euro prices from photos of real bouquets: compact €70–144, medium €153–324, premium €351–1,080: 'Vltava Tulips' €99, 'Vltava Blue' €108, 'Vyšehrad Red' €162, 'Orloj Pink' €225, 'Golden Prague' €450, 'St Wenceslas Crown' €711, 'Queen of the Vltava' €1,080. No Czech crowns needed — pay in euros, and for reference switch the selector to CZK: the amount is recalculated at the current rate. Delivery within Prague 1–10 is included; Prague 11–22, Průhonice, Říčany and Václav Havel Airport on request.
No Czech card is needed: we take a card from any bank in any country, Apple/Google Pay, a Wise or SWIFT transfer or cryptocurrency; the euro price is fixed at confirmation. A Russian bank card directly — no, but a transfer and crypto work. The recipient pays nothing at hand-over and never tops up in crowns.
Yes, the name day (svátek) in the Czech Republic is celebrated almost like a birthday: every day of the calendar has its name, printed in any diary, and colleagues and neighbours congratulate the person with a bouquet. If the recipient has a Czech name, tell us and we will give you the date: Václav — 28 September, Anna — 26 July, Petr a Pavel — 29 June, Kateřina — 25 November, Jan — 24 June. A small bouquet like 'Vltava Tulips' or 'Kampa Lilac' is exactly what people give for a svátek.
1 May is the Czech day of lovers: couples kiss under a blossoming cherry or bird-cherry tree on Petřín by the Mácha statue, and a bouquet for that day is more fitting than for 14 February, which is kept too. Mother's Day is the second Sunday of May. 8 March is remembered by Prague's Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking residents — there are many. 2 November is Dušičky, All Souls' Day: arrangements for that date go to the home, not the cemetery. Christmas is 24 December, Štědrý den: order 2–3 days ahead; 25–26 December are closed.
Yes — to the business centre reception with the employee's and company's names: Rustonka and River City in Karlín, City Tower and the Pankrác towers, Anděl in Smíchov and The Park in Chodov let the courier go only as far as the desk. Corporate orders to several addresses come with a single invoice and a photo of every bouquet.
Intensive care and many wards of Prague hospitals do not accept fresh flowers — we call the ward ahead and, if not allowed, suggest home delivery for discharge day or a boxed arrangement for the family. At the Podolí maternity hospital (ÚPMD) and Apolinář bouquets are usually accepted at the porter's desk — we check on the day. At the porter's lodge of the Strahov halls and other Charles University dormitories we leave the bouquet under the student's name.
The Royal Route from the Powder Tower across Old Town Square and Charles Bridge up to the Castle is pedestrian, and the streets of Malá Strana are one-way and steep, so the courier leaves the car near Náměstí Republiky or Malostranská and walks; to Josefov and Kampa the same. Across Vinohrady, Žižkov, Dejvice, Karlín and Smíchov — by car to the door. In winter at −5 °C bouquets travel in thermal wrapping.
Routinely — Prague 1 (Staré Město, Josefov, Malá Strana, Hradčany, Nové Město), Prague 2 (Vinohrady, Vyšehrad, Nusle), Prague 3 Žižkov, Prague 4 Pankrác and Podolí, Prague 5 Smíchov, Prague 6 Dejvice, Bubeneč and Střešovice, Prague 7 Letná and Holešovice, Prague 8 Karlín and Libeň, Prague 9 and 10 Vršovice and Strašnice. Prague 11–22, Průhonice, Říčany, Kladno and the airport on request.

Flower Delivery to Prague from Anywhere — Old Town, Malá Strana, Vinohrady, Dejvice and Karlín
Prague is a city where flowers are given more often than almost anywhere in Europe: for name days, on 1 May under a blossoming cherry tree on Petřín, for a neighbour's birthday. Ordering them from abroad is harder: Czech websites expect an address with two house numbers and a postcode, a Czech card and a phone call in Czech. YUCCA Flowers takes the order from any country, a florist in Prague makes the bouquet, the courier carries it on foot through Staré Město and Malá Strana or drives to Vinohrady, Dejvice, Karlín, Žižkov and Smíchov, and you get a photo before departure and a confirmation afterwards.
Hotels by Charles Bridge via the Concierge
The Four Seasons on Veleslavínova, the Mandarin Oriental and the Augustine in former monasteries of Malá Strana, the Aria and the Alchymist on Tržiště, the Hotel Paris and the Grand Hotel Bohemia by the Powder Tower, the Andaz on Senovážné náměstí, the Almanac X Alcron and the W by Wenceslas Square — the bouquet goes to the concierge under the guest's Latin-letter name as on the booking, into the room for check-in from 3 pm or into the guest's hands on arrival. Cars cannot reach the Malá Strana hotels — the courier walks up. We have no hotel partnerships.
A Czech Address: Two House Numbers and the Blue Plate
'Korunní 1208/56, 120 00 Praha 2 – Vinohrady': the first number is the číslo popisné (red plate), the second the číslo orientační (blue plate) the courier navigates by. Floors count from the přízemí, so '1. patro' is the floor above the ground floor. The buzzer carries the residents' surnames, often two; in the panelák blocks of Jižní Město and Prosek the entrance number (vchod) matters. We never leave flowers on the doorstep.
Timing: Weekends Work, Public Holidays the Day Before
Confirmed in the morning Prague time — usually the same day, with the window given before payment; Moscow is 1–2 hours ahead, Almaty 4–5. Saturdays and Sundays are working days; by law large shops close on 1 January, Easter Monday, 8 May, 28 September, 28 October and 24–26 December — for those dates we confirm the day before. Baskets and bouquets of a hundred stems — 1–2 days ahead. In winter bouquets travel in thermal wrapping.

Mother's Day is the second Sunday of May, 8 March is remembered by Prague's Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking residents, Dušičky on 2 November goes to the home, Štědrý den on 24 December — 2–3 days ahead.
