The manager was very understanding and polite, and left a great impression. I wanted a special bouquet to my own taste. I found a reference. They made it even better, I really liked it, and I looked at it all day before sending it. The courier delivered it to the specified address. Everything went great. I’m very grateful to you!!! Everything was great! We needed the flowers delivered to the hotel by 8:00 a.m. The order was placed from Moscow at 8:30 p.m. Samira, the manager, promptly showed us all the flowers, we chose a bouquet, they calculated the price, we paid, and the florist worked all night and kept sending photos until we said everything was okay. Two huge bouquets were delivered to the hotel at 7:50 a.m. I highly recommend this shop.
