Cars can't enter Zermatt: they stay in Täsch and the rest is a 12-minute shuttle train. Our courier drives to Täsch, takes the train and moves around the village by electric taxi or on foot — Zermatt is compact, 15 minutes from the station to Winkelmatten. The bouquet travels in rigid thermal wrapping so it isn't damaged on the way.
Yes. At village hotels we hand the bouquet to the concierge under the guest's name as on the booking; The Omnia sits on a rock — we take the lift from the tunnel on Bahnhofstrasse. Riffelalp Resort at 2,222 m is reachable only by the Gornergrat train: we deliver to the train departure and hand over to hotel staff who meet guests at Riffelalp station.
2–3 hours from your approval of the bouquet photo for Dorf, Hinterdorf, Steinmatte and Winkelmatten. Findeln (a hamlet on the slope with no road) and Riffelalp are by arrangement, usually at a set time at the Sunnegga station or the Gornergrat train. Orders before 15:00 are delivered the same day.

Yes, with a caveat: the courier rides the Sunnegga funicular and walks to Findeln (15–20 minutes along the trail), so we agree such deliveries in advance for the reservation time. Chez Vrony, Findlerhof, Paradies and Adler Hitta accept bouquets via the manager; for Zum See (Furi) — at the valley station of the lift.
By street, house number and the surname on the letterbox — houses in Zermatt often have names (Chalet Alpenrose, Haus Bergfreude), so include that too. Chalets usually have no concierge and the courier calls 15–20 minutes ahead; for apartments run by management companies we hand over to the keyholder only with your consent.
Roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangeas, tulips and anemones — in thermal wrapping they handle −10 to −15 °C on the way from the station and last 7–10 days in a heated chalet. In summer (June–September) peonies and garden roses are available; they're often ordered for weddings at the Winkelmatten chapel and at Riffelalp.
Standard delivery within the village — Dorf, Hinterdorf, Steinmatte, Winkelmatten — is included in the bouquet price. The climb to Findeln, Riffelalp or an exact evening time slot is agreed with the administrator on WhatsApp before payment.
