Message us on WhatsApp with the hotel name and the guest's name as on the booking, or the address with the street number (civico), staircase (scala) and flat (interno), the recipient's phone and a window in Rome time. A florist in Rome makes the bouquet, the courier hands it over in person or via the doorman, and you get a photo before departure and a confirmation afterwards.
Usually yes — when the order is confirmed in the morning Rome time (Moscow is 1–2 hours ahead, Dubai 2–3) and the florist has the flowers; the window is given before payment. In the historic centre the courier finishes on foot: it is a limited-traffic zone (ZTL), and we allow time for the last few hundred metres of cobblestones. Baskets, 101 roses and room décor need 1–2 days.
By hotel name and the guest's Latin-letter name as on the booking. We call reception in advance and ask whether they accept flowers, place them in the room before check-in or hand them over when the guest appears, and whether a vase is needed. The hotel decides; we have no hotel partnerships — every delivery is agreed individually.
The full address the Italian way: street and number, scala (staircase), piano (floor) and interno (flat number), and the surname on the intercom (citofono) — in the old palazzi of the centre it often differs from the apartment guest's name. Buildings in Prati and Parioli have a doorman (portiere) who can accept the bouquet by your arrangement; in Trastevere and Monti the courier buzzes and hands it over in person. We never leave flowers on the doorstep.
No. Vatican City is a separate state with no courier addresses; archaeological areas, squares, fountains and churches are landmarks, not addresses. We hand the bouquet to a hotel, restaurant or apartment nearby — in Prati by the Vatican, in Monti by the Colosseum, in a palazzo by Navona — and from there you carry it.
Euro prices from photos of real bouquets: compact €115–225, medium €333–378, premium €412–718; the 'Rome Flower Suite' room décor is €3,240. Delivery across the central districts is included; outskirts and Fiumicino on request.
With a card from any bank in any country, Apple/Google Pay, a transfer (Wise, SWIFT) or cryptocurrency; the euro price is fixed at confirmation. No cash on delivery — the recipient pays nothing and never hears the word 'surcharge'.
8 March in Italy is the Festa della Donna, and women are given a sprig of mimosa — we add mimosa to the bouquet in season. Italian Mother's Day is the second Sunday of May, Valentine's Day is 14 February; on those days and at Easter order 2–3 days ahead. In August, around Ferragosto, some restaurants and boutique hotels close — we check before delivery.
Yes — to the maître d' for the booking time, after checking that they accept flowers (most do). In the evening Trastevere is pedestrian and crowded; the courier walks in from Viale Trastevere or Via della Lungaretta, so we allow 15 minutes.
