St. Moritz is split into Dorf (the upper village around Via Serlas and the Kulm) and Bad (the lower part by the lake). Give us the street and house number, the name on the letterbox or intercom and the recipient's phone: many chalets have no concierge, so the courier calls 15–20 minutes ahead. If nobody is home we leave the bouquet with the property manager or a neighbour — only with your consent.
Yes. St. Moritz grand hotels accept bouquets via the concierge under the guest's name as on the booking and take them to the room or notify the guest. For a check-in surprise, give us the arrival date — the concierge places the flowers in the room before the guest arrives. A room number isn't required.
2–3 hours from your approval of the bouquet photo within St. Moritz, Celerina and Champfèr; Silvaplana and Pontresina take up to 3–4 hours. In winter the bouquet travels in thermal wrapping: at 1,800 m it can be −15 °C in January and roses can't stand in the frost even for five minutes — the courier hands the flowers over in person or to the concierge, never leaves them at the door.

Yes, those are the February peaks of the season. We bring the bouquet to the hospitality tent or to the hotel before you head down to the lake — tell us the event, date, name and phone. On White Turf days the roads around the lake are closed, so orders for those dates are best confirmed 1–2 days ahead.
Yes — it is one Upper Engadin valley: Celerina and Champfèr are 5–10 minutes from St. Moritz, Silvaplana and Surlej 10–15 minutes, Pontresina 15 minutes via Punt Muragl. Each village has its own page with hotels and delivery specifics; the catalog is shared.
Roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangeas, tulips and anemones thrive in the cool, dry Engadin air — in a heated room the bouquet lasts 7–10 days if you top up the water. In summer (June–September) peonies and garden roses are available; in winter we avoid tropical orchids in open wrapping because of the temperature swings.
Standard delivery across St. Moritz, Celerina and Champfèr is included in the price. Exact-time slots, Silvaplana/Pontresina and mountain restaurants (Corviglia, Muottas Muragl — to the valley station of the lift) are agreed with the administrator on WhatsApp before payment; the courier does not go up the mountain itself.
