In the centre and Sakkala the bouquet arrives in 1.5–2.5 hours, in El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi in 2–3.5 hours, in Soma Bay and Safaga in 3–4 hours. El Gouna is a private town with entrance control, and Hurghada's big hotels are gated compounds. The courier hands the flowers over via reception, guest relations or the compound security, and a staff member calls the recipient. We need the exact hotel or lagoon/villa name, the guest's name as on the booking and a phone number. For a surprise we arrange with reception in advance and send a photo of the bouquet in the room.
