For Stone Town add the quarter — Shangani, Hurumzi, Malindi, Forodhani — the courier walks the alleys. The rest — a photo of the bouquet before departure, the hand-over, the confirmation — is on us.
To Stone Town and the west coast — yes, if confirmed before 11:00 local time (UTC+3, the same as Moscow; Dubai is +1 hour) and the flowers are on the island. To Nungwi, Kendwa, Paje, Jambiani, Michamvi, Matemwe and Kiwengwa it is 1–1.5 hours each way, so the window is wider and confirmation is needed in the morning. Roses fly to the island from Arusha and Kenya via Dar es Salaam; large arrangements and a hundred roses — 2–3 days ahead.
Yes, by hotel name and the guest's Latin-letter name as on the booking. Zanzibar's resorts are gated grounds with security at the gate: the courier hands the bouquet to reception or guest relations, and staff take it to the room or bungalow. The Park Hyatt and Emerson in Stone Town — on foot through Shangani and Hurumzi; Zuri and Royal Zanzibar in Kendwa and Nungwi, Baraza in Bwejuu, Meliá in Kiwengwa, The Residence in Kizimkazi — by car to the gate. The hotel decides; we have no partnerships.
Roses, eustoma, hydrangea and gerberas are imported from the greenhouses of Arusha and Kenya, so they cost more than on the mainland and are ordered ahead. Local flowers — frangipani, bougainvillea, heliconia, orchids, plumeria — we add as accents when the occasion allows. At +30 °C and high humidity a bouquet lives 3–5 days in an air-conditioned room and one day on an open terrace — we ask that it be kept indoors.

The recipient pays nothing at all. The sender pays in euros with a card from any bank and country via a secure link, Apple/Google Pay, a Wise or SWIFT transfer or cryptocurrency; Tanzanian shillings, cash dollars and M-Pesa are not needed. A Russian bank card directly — no, but a transfer and USDT work.
The long rains, masika, run from mid-March to May; the short rains, vuli, come in November; in those weeks the roads to the east coast can wash out, and we build in extra time or suggest next-morning delivery. The best season is June–October and December–February: dry, and the flower flights run on schedule. Heat and humidity last all year — bouquets travel in a cool bag.
Zanzibar is a Muslim island: during Ramadan florists and couriers work, but the daytime pace is slower and the evening after iftar is the best moment for a hand-over; on Fridays from 12 to 14 is prayer time, and we schedule around it. We never add alcohol to bouquets, here included — spices, dates and local chocolate instead. The courier dresses and speaks respectfully; in Stone Town that matters.

Yes — a bridal bouquet, ceremony arrangements and flowers for the newlyweds' room at the resorts of Nungwi, Kendwa, Paje, Michamvi and Kizimkazi; roses for this are ordered 2–3 days ahead, local tropical flowers faster. We agree the time and place with the hotel's wedding planner; the courier goes onto the beach to the altar only with the resort's permission.
To Abeid Amani Karume airport — to meet the recipient at the arrivals exit by flight number and name; to the Azam ferries from Dar es Salaam — to the terminal in Stone Town. We need the flight or ferry number and a phone, with a ±1 hour window, as delays on the island are common.

Flower Delivery to Zanzibar from Anywhere — Stone Town, Nungwi, Kendwa, Paje and Jambiani
Zanzibar has no street addresses, roses fly in from Arusha and Kenya via Dar es Salaam, Nungwi and Paje are an hour and a half from Stone Town, and the alleys of Shangani and Hurumzi can only be walked. Local services work by phone, in Swahili and for cash shillings. Post on the island goes to a P.O. Timing: Flowers Fly In, Roads Are Long
Stone Town and the west coast — the same day if confirmed before 11:00 local time (UTC+3, the same as Moscow; Dubai +1 hour). The north (Nungwi, Kendwa) and the east coast — 1–1.5 hours' drive, a wider window, transfer agreed before payment. Roses are imported — order a hundred roses and wedding arrangements 2–3 days ahead. In the rainy seasons masika (March–May) and vuli (November) we build in extra time.
The Spice Island: Ramadan, Swahili, No Alcohol
During Ramadan the best hand-over time is the evening after iftar; Friday 12–14 is prayer time. We add no alcohol to bouquets — spices, dates and local chocolate instead. Cards are printed in Swahili (Nakupenda, Heri ya kuzaliwa, Hongera), English, Russian and Italian. Local frangipani, bougainvillea and heliconia come as accents to the imported roses.
