Yes. At Verbier hotels we hand the bouquet to the concierge under the guest's name as on the booking: W Verbier — by the Médran station, Chalet d'Adrien — on the Savoleyres slope, Experimental Chalet and La Cordée — by Place Centrale and Rue de Médran. For a check-in surprise give us the arrival date.
Most Verbier addresses are private named chalets (Chalet Chouqui, Chalet Spa): give us the name, the street (Chemin de …, Route de …), the surname on the letterbox and a phone. The courier calls 15–20 minutes ahead; if the recipient is on the slopes we meet them at the Médran or Savoleyres station or agree an evening slot. We never leave flowers at the door in the frost.

Yes. Bouquets for Verbier Festival musicians (July–August) go via the Salle des Combins administration or to the artist's hotel; at Xtreme Verbier (the Freeride World Tour final, March–April) — to a rider in the finish area by Col des Gentianes or to their hotel. Clambin is a hamlet at 1,750 m above Verbier: no road in winter — you ski in from Les Ruinettes or walk 45 minutes; in summer there's a dirt track. We deliver to the table at Chez Dany and to Clambin chalets by arrangement at an agreed time; in winter the courier rides the Médran gondola and walks down.
Roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, hydrangeas, tulips and anemones — in thermal wrapping they handle −10 to −15 °C on the way up from Le Châble and last 7–10 days in a warm chalet.
