Yes, and it is the most frequent request in Haiphong: the city lives on industry, and half of our orders are bouquets for colleagues, managers and partners at the offices of Korean, Japanese and European companies. We need the company name, the building or workshop, the recipient's name in Latin letters and the reception phone number — a courier without a pass is not let through the gate, so we hand over via security or a secretary by phone. Delivery to the zones across the Cam river takes 40–60 minutes longer than in the centre.
By tower, floor and apartment number plus the recipient's phone: at Vinhomes the gate security registers the courier and calls the apartment, and does not let anyone in without an answer. If it is a surprise, give your own phone as the contact — the courier will call you, not the recipient. We leave a bouquet at the tower reception only with your consent.
Yes. An address like "12/34/5 ngõ Hàng Kênh" means house 5 in alley 34 off alley 12 — our couriers read these fluently, but to avoid wandering the alleys of Le Chan and Ngo Quyen, ask the recipient for a Google Maps or Zalo pin and tell us the colour of the gate. The alleys are under a metre wide — the courier walks from the motorbike.
In the central districts — Hong Bang, Ngo Quyen, Le Chan, Hai An — yes, if confirmed by 14:00 local time (UTC+7; Moscow −4 hours). To Duong Kinh, Do Son and the industrial zones — by 12:00. To Cat Ba island — next day only: the ferry and the Cat Hai bridge add 2–3 hours, and the bouquet travels in a thermal box.
Do Son is 20 km from the centre; we deliver the same day for orders before noon and hand over at hotel receptions. Cat Ba is by pre-order a day ahead: delivery to the Lan Ha Bay resorts and Cat Ba town, with the transfer quoted before payment. We do not deliver to floating hotels or boats in the bay — only to the pier.
From the Dang Hai flower village in Hai An district — the city's flower market, trading roses, chrysanthemums and lilies from four in the morning; premium roses, lisianthus and ranunculus come from Da Lat and Me Linh near Hanoi. There are almost no Dutch flowers in the city, so the catalogue is what really stands in the buckets of local florists and holds up in Haiphong's humidity.
Tet — the Lunar New Year in late January or February (peach branches and kumquats; florists close for 3–5 days); 8 March; 20 October — Vietnamese Women's Day, when bouquets go to every female colleague; 20 November — Teachers' Day; and May, when the flamboyant trees bloom and the city holds its festival. Order 2–3 days ahead for these dates.
In summer Haiphong is +33 °C with humidity above 80 %, and from July to September typhoons can stop the ferries and close roads — on such days we move delivery to the next day by agreement. Bouquets travel in a thermal box on a motorbike and are handed over in person; chrysanthemums, roses, orchids and lisianthus hold up best. In January–February there is drizzle and +12 °C — comfortable for flowers.
A basket or an arrangement in a box — for an office opening, a promotion, Women's Day on 20 October; at funerals and memorials in Vietnam people bring white chrysanthemums, so for happy occasions white chrysanthemums are best mixed with colour. Yellow here is the colour of luck, pink and red of love. We write the card in Vietnamese: "Chúc mừng" (congratulations), "Cảm ơn" (thank you), "Anh yêu em" (I love you).
Yes: by a card from any country in dollars, Apple/Google Pay, bank transfer or crypto. The recipient in Haiphong pays nothing and needs no dong. A photo of the finished bouquet goes to you before the courier leaves, a hand-over photo afterwards if the recipient does not mind.
Yes, by the guest's name in Latin letters as in the booking: to reception or to the room via the concierge.
