Unlike resort towns where people live in villas, Bangkok is a transit and business capital. People fly in for two or three days before Phuket or Samui, for meetings, medical treatment or shopping. They live in a hotel and have no permanent address — and that's actually convenient: the hotel is always there, with a front desk and a concierge team working around the clock.

How Handover at a Hotel Works

The mechanics are simple, but the details make all the difference.

1. Reception or concierge. The courier arrives in the lobby and hands the bouquet to the desk. In 4–5-star hotels this is the concierge or guest relations team; in small boutique hotels, the front-desk manager. We always note the name of the staff member who accepted the flowers.

2. Guest name and room number. Staff check that a guest with that name is actually staying. That's why it's important to give the name exactly as it appears on the booking — in Latin letters, as in the passport. You don't need to know the room number: the hotel will find the guest by name, and for security reasons they won't tell you the number anyway.

3. Delivery to the room. The hotel either calls the guest down or carries the bouquet up to the room itself (standard practice in luxury hotels). If you want the flowers in the room before the guest returns, tell us — we'll ask the staff.

4. Confirmation. After handover we let you know that the bouquet was accepted, by whom and at what time. Before the courier leaves, you receive a photo of the finished arrangement.

Silom and Sathorn: Business District and Luxury

The banking quarter and embassies, plus one of the densest clusters of five-star hotels: Sathorn towers overlooking Lumpini Park, boutiques on Silom, rooftop bars. Flowers here go to business dinners and milestone birthdays. On weekdays the roads are busy during the day, so for a "by 6 pm" delivery we leave with a margin.

Airport Hotels (Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang)

What to Put in the Order So Everything Goes Smoothly

Four things are enough:

1. The full hotel name (preferably in English — that's how the navigation app knows it and what's on the sign) and, if you know it, the area or soi.
2. The guest's name in Latin letters, as on the booking.
3. Preferred time: "before check-in at 2 pm", "morning 9–11", "by 7 pm before dinner".
4. The card text and a "surprise" note if the recipient shouldn't know in advance.

Room number and the guest's phone are optional. If you don't have them, we'll still deliver: the hotel will contact the guest itself.

Timing: When to Order

• Same day — normal practice for hotels in Sukhumvit, Silom, Siam and the Old Town: the bouquet arrives a few hours after confirmation.
• The day before — recommended for the Riverside, airport hotels and any order "for a specific hour".
• 2–3 days ahead — for large arrangements (a hundred roses, big baskets) and in high season: November–February, New Year, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Songkran (13–15 April, when some roads are closed for the water fights).

Bangkok traffic is no myth. On weekdays from 7 to 10 am and 4 to 8 pm a 20-minute drive can stretch to an hour. So for a delivery "strictly by 6 pm" we plan an early departure and keep you updated.
