Flower Delivery to Hotels in Casablanca: How to Order a Bouquet for a Guest — Step by Step, with Examples

In short: to have flowers delivered to a hotel guest in Casablanca we need three things — the hotel's name, the guest's name as on the booking, and the date with a preferred window. No room number is needed: reception accepts the bouquet by name. You choose a bouquet in the Casablanca catalog, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we contact the hotel to check how it hands flowers to guests — taken to the room, kept at the desk or the guest is called — give you the delivery window and the price in euros, you pay, a florist in Casablanca makes the bouquet on the day, a courier delivers it, and you receive a photo before hand-over. We deliver to hotels on the Corniche and in Aïn Diab, in the centre by the Hassan II Mosque, in Maârif and in Gauthier; when confirmed in the morning, Moroccan time, usually the same day.
Districts with hotels: Aïn Diab / Corniche, Maârif / Twin Center, Gauthier. General questions about ordering to the city are in can you order flowers in Casablanca from abroad.
How It Works: Five Steps
- Choose a bouquet. The Casablanca catalog has 30 items in euros from photos of real work, from €100 to €7,000. For a hotel room, box arrangements are the most convenient — no vase needed: the 'Casablanca Cream Box' €800, the 'Corniche Pink Box' €600, '101 Hassan Roses' €760.
- Send the details. The hotel's name, the guest's name as on the booking (in Latin letters, as in the passport), the date, the preferred window, the card text. The guest's phone is optional: without it the surprise is complete, with it the delivery is safer.
- We contact the hotel. We check whether reception accepts flowers for guests and how it hands them over: to the room, at the desk or by calling the guest. Hotels differ, and we do not promise "to the room" until the hotel has confirmed.
- Confirmation and payment. We give you the window and the price; you pay by card, Apple/Google Pay, bank transfer or cryptocurrency — in euros, with no conversion to dirhams and nothing to pay on delivery.
- Making, delivery, photo. The florist makes the bouquet on the day of delivery, the courier brings it to the hotel, you receive a photo of the bouquet and confirmation of hand-over.
Corniche and Aïn Diab Hotels: How Flowers Are Handed Over by the Ocean
The city's main hotels line Boulevard de la Corniche — the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca on the shore, Hôtel Le Lido Thalasso & Spa, Pestana Casablanca by Anfa Place, Villa Blanca Urban Hotel & Spa, Hotel Club Val d'Anfa, the Movenpick. Guests here are couples on an anniversary, spa visitors, business travellers with family.
Example. The husband is in London, his wife at the Four Seasons for three nights. He writes: "Four Seasons Casablanca, guest Anna Petrova, checking in on the 14th, I want a box of roses for when she returns from the beach club around 17:00." We call the hotel and learn that the concierge accepts flowers for guests and takes them to the room while the guest is out — or, if the hotel does not do that, hands them over in the lobby. We give a 15:30–16:30 window, he pays €800, at 16:10 we send a photo of the 'Casablanca Cream Box' on the concierge desk and confirmation of hand-over.
Important: the courier does not go onto the beach, the promenade or into beach clubs without a reservation — a bouquet for a sunset proposal by the El Hank lighthouse is handed to you beforehand at the hotel. More in flower delivery to Aïn Diab and the Corniche.
Hotels in the Centre by the Hassan II Mosque and the Old Medina
The Hyatt Regency Casablanca on Place des Nations Unies, the Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche, the hotels around Boulevard Mohammed V and the old medina — the addresses of business trips and short city breaks. Large hotels handle flowers routinely: reception or the concierge accepts them by the guest's name and often keeps a delivery log.
Example. A daughter in Moscow — to her mother staying at the Hyatt Regency for a conference. "Hyatt Regency Casablanca, Elena Smirnova, the 20th, in the morning, a bouquet and a card in Russian." We ask reception for the window when the guest is usually in, deliver 'White Casablanca' €300 by 9:30 — before the sessions start; the card is printed in Russian, or in French or Arabic if preferred.
Maârif and Twin Center Hotels: a Guest on a Business Trip
The Kenzi Tower Hotel on the upper floors of the Twin Center, Barceló Anfa Casablanca, Idou Anfa, the Mövenpick — hotels for those in town for meetings in CFC or on Boulevard Zerktouni. Flowers here are more often ordered for partners and colleagues, and timing matters.
Example. A company in Dubai thanks a partner staying at the Kenzi Tower. "Kenzi Tower Hotel, Mr. Karim Benali, the 12th, before 18:00, a short card in English." Kenzi reception accepts flowers by the guest's name — we deliver 'Maârif Pearl' €320 at 17:00, the bouquet waits at the desk and the guest is told on his return. The photo goes to the sender. See flower delivery to Maârif and the Twin Center.
Gauthier Boutique Hotels: Small Hotels, Their Own Rules
Hôtel & Spa Le Doge — an Art Deco mansion on Rue du Docteur Veyre — the Gray Boutique Hotel, Hôtel Gauthier, Art Palace Suites & Spa. In boutique hotels reception may not be staffed round the clock and there may be only a dozen rooms, so we always call ahead: who is on duty during the delivery window and how they want to hand the flowers over.
Example. A couple celebrates an anniversary at Le Doge; friends in Paris order a surprise. "Le Doge, room in the name of M. et Mme Lefebvre, the 8th, for dinner." The hotel asks us to deliver before 18:00 while the guests are out and places 'Gauthier Elegance' €1,800 in the room itself. We deliver at 17:20, the photo goes to the friends in Paris. See flower delivery to Gauthier.
What to Send Us — Checklist
- The hotel's name (and address if several hotels have similar names).
- The guest's name as on the booking, in Latin letters.
- The check-in date or delivery date and the preferred window.
- The card text — in Russian, English, French or Arabic.
- The guest's phone — optional; the sender's phone — required, for coordination.
- The occasion, if you want us to suggest a bouquet for it.
If the booking is in another name (a company, a travel agency), tell us — reception searches by the name in its system.
To the Room, at the Desk or in the Lobby: Three Hand-Over Formats
To the room while the guest is out — not every hotel does this; large chain hotels usually do, via the concierge, boutique hotels by arrangement. At the desk until the guest returns — the most common option: the bouquet stands at reception and the guest is told on arrival or called in the room. In the lobby in person — if the guest is in the hotel and wants to receive it personally, or if the hotel does not hold flowers. We find out the format in advance and tell you honestly; we will not promise "in the room by 17:00" without the hotel's confirmation.
Can Flowers Reach the Hotel the Same Day?
Usually yes — when the order is confirmed in the morning, Moroccan time, the florist has the flowers and the hotel can take the bouquet in the agreed window. We give the window before payment; there is no round-the-clock service, and 101 roses or more and large boxes need 1–2 days. During Ramadan and on Eid days we agree the windows in advance. If you know the check-in date, order a day or two ahead and the question disappears.
Hotel Surprises That Work
- A bouquet in the room at check-in — if the hotel takes flowers up before the guest arrives; otherwise at the desk on check-in.
- A box for the return from dinner — the window is agreed with the concierge while the couple is at a Corniche restaurant.
- Birthday morning — reception calls the room and invites the guest down for the bouquet.
- A proposal — '201 Anfa Roses' €2,400 or '301 Casablanca Roses' €3,200 are placed in the suite; large arrangements are agreed with the hotel 1–2 days ahead.
