Downtown is the most secured, most access-controlled district in the city: Emaar towers with concierges, hotels with multi-level driveways, Dubai Mall with 14 entrances and evening closures of Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard during fountain shows and holidays. Precision matters here: "Address Downtown" and "Address Dubai Mall" are different buildings 700 metres apart, and "Boulevard" is both a street and several towers. We confirm the address before the courier leaves; the drive from our studio takes 30–45 minutes. In total, 1–2 hours from confirmation. We get the request "send flowers to Burj Khalifa" every week, and it's important to understand how the building works. Burj Khalifa has three kinds of address:
- Armani Hotel Dubai (floors 1–8 and 38–39) — separate entrance from the boulevard side; the Armani concierge accepts the bouquet under the guest's name and delivers it to the room.
- Armani Residences and Burj Khalifa residential floors (19–108) — residences with their own concierge service; the courier hands the bouquet to the residences' reception and the concierge contacts the resident.
- At.mosphere (restaurant on level 122) and At the Top (observation decks) — flowers can be delivered here only under a guest's name with a restaurant reservation; flowers are not passed to the observation decks, but we can meet you with the bouquet at the At the Top entrance inside Dubai Mall.
We need: the type of address (hotel / residence / restaurant), the recipient's name, apartment or reservation number and phone. To be honest with you: the courier does not go up into the Burj Khalifa residences — handover goes through the concierge, as in every Emaar tower.
Flower Delivery to the Dubai Mall Area
Dubai Mall isn't an address, it's a city within a city, so "meet the recipient at Dubai Mall" won't work without specifics. We deliver bouquets to precise points: Fashion Avenue, the Grand Atrium entrance, Souk Al Bahar (the bridge across the canal to the fountain), restaurants on the Waterfront Promenade, Time Out Market Dubai, Reel Cinemas, Dubai Ice Rink, and to the Address Dubai Mall hotel connected to the mall. The most convenient option is to name a restaurant or café and a time: the courier hands the bouquet to the manager or brings it to your table. Residential Downtown means the Emaar towers around the boulevard and the low-rise Old Town by Souk Al Bahar. All residences work the same way: a concierge at reception, a call to the resident, handover in person or to reception against a signature. We deliver to:

Dubai Opera is a 2,000-seat dhow-shaped venue surrounded by the Opera District's restaurants and residences. We deliver flowers for a performance in two ways: we meet you with the bouquet at the Opera Plaza entrance 20–30 minutes before the show so you can present it yourself afterwards, or we bring it to a nearby hotel (Address Dubai Opera, Address Downtown, Vida Downtown) for your return.
