Atlantis The Royal is the neighbouring hotel but a separate building with its own driveway and reception, so it's important not to confuse it with Atlantis The Palm. Handover is via the concierge under the guest's name; hotel staff take it to the room. Restaurants where we bring bouquets to the table: Nobu by the Beach, Ling Ling, Milos, Ariana's Persian Kitchen, Gastronomy, and Cloud 22 — the rooftop pool bar (a booking in your name is required). Flower Delivery to Palm Jumeirah Villas
Villas sit on the Fronds A–P; each Frond has a security gate, and an address looks like "Frond K, Villa 12" or a community name: Garden Homes, Signature Villas, Canal Cove. The courier gives security the villa number and recipient's name and security calls the house — so the recipient's phone and the exact villa number are mandatory. If the villa is rented via Airbnb or an agency, ask the host for the Frond letter and villa number, not just "Palm Jumeirah villa". We hand the bouquet over in person or leave it with household staff against a signature. Security on the Fronds is stricter at night — check night delivery with the administrator.

Most Palm hotels' private yacht berths are closed to outside couriers, so the honest answer is this: we deliver to yachts via Dubai Harbour and Dubai Marina Yacht Club — 10 minutes from the base of the Palm, and where most charters around the island and to Atlantis depart from. Tell us the yacht's name, berth, the captain's or organiser's name and departure time — we bring the bouquet 20–30 minutes before departure.
